Pros

There are not any pros, apart from the coworkers that I met and still communicate with to this day.

Cons

*Incompetent CEO that does not invest in his company. Incredibly cheap(see below) *Incredibly late payment of commission checks, which are not monthly, but quarterly(2-3 months late) *Even more incredibly late payment on expense checks(my first expense report was not paid until 6 months after itbwas submitted) *CMO is an ignoramus. *401k is horrible. *Health benefits are expensive and not good. *It is not actually their own product, as the translation engines are from different companies. *The product is also unnecessary for Zoom video conferencing, as Zoom has their own translation built in(this was a big part of the sales that I was making, which has now disappeared. *My quotas were unrealisitc($125,000 for my first quarter, when the next SDR hired had a quota of $27,000. Which they did not hit.) *These are my experiences.
