- the topic they are trying to solve is interesting
Cons
- bad management - no vision for the future and no clear tasks - developers are asked to do technical support and to work more than necessary - they treat people badly especially the junior members - they lied about some aspects of the workplace during interview - the staff (especially the younger) doesn't want to speak English so fluent French is a must
