      Great benefits because VIP is owned by Automattic

      Cons

      BD Director was fired and the team lead that took over is constantly stressed out. BDR Manager is inexperienced and loves to micro manage. All BDRs unable to hit quota because management has no idea how to get meetings on the board. The sales team is shrinking and the company is unable to grow No growth opportunities.

      Pros

      All-remote company is a big win. The people, other than leadership, that work there tend to be awesome human beings.

      Cons

      The parent company, Automattic, is run by a megalomaniac tech bro who runs the place like a cult of personality. Run away.
