      Offered training at times which encouraged me as a worker. Coworkers were friendly often times.

      Cons

      Comprehensive projects for entry-level control engineers were at a minimum. Performance feedback and interoffice communication could use some work.

      Pros

      This company offers a lot of benefits and will care about you as a person- they have a lot of respect for family.

      Cons

      It is pretty laid back, which could be a pro. They still work really hard but a lot of things are informal and if you don't like that, this wouldn't be the place for you.
