Pros

- Got to work with amazing colleagues - Dedicated work-force

Cons

- Toxic work environment created by the founders - You will be creatively suppressed. Most of the time, they just want to pick up designs and ideas from other brands so even if you suggest something creative, you would be shut down. - The founder uses unprofessional slurs on employees - Volatile roadmaps and no proper planning - No work-life balance. You will be made to work un-godly hours; sometimes even on weekends. - Sometimes, it is unsafe for your health as well. (especially during COVID time when employees were asked to come to office despite the health danger after one tested +ve) - Dictatorship by management and undermining the skills of the employees continuously - There are a lot of unnecessary pay cuts. - Moreover, there are hidden agendas such as lying about a raise, FALSE REVIEWS about the app (yes, on Glassdoor too). They talk bad about any previous employees who have left their side too. - You will end up doing a lot of work that is unrelated to your designation or profession. Expect, forced ownership of work. Please contact any ex-employee for an helpful and honest review before you plan to join the company.
