Pros

They start you off with a lot of classes

Cons

Then they say they don't have enough classes for you. When you threaten to quit enough times because you don't have enough classes, they give you some extras for a few weeks. It never lasts long. They are like an abusive spouse, promising they'll get better and then sending you long, mean emails about how it's your fault for xyz. But if that were the case, they'd fire me. Instead, they keep you around because they want you to take care of the few clients they give you. They say nothing when you do well, but when you get the slightest criticism from a client, it's the end of the world and they grill you about it. I've worked for bad teaching organizations before, but at least they gave me classes. These people are a poor excuse for a company and I truly hope the go out of business one day and leave them all in the kind of financial wreck they've left me for the past few years. It's also hilarious that they advertise 30 euros an hour on advertisements for positions on this website when that isn't even close to what they actually pay. It's a joke.

Pros

Depending on the student level, a teacher may need to be bilingual. For level 2 students, an English teacher does not need to speak French. This is an excellent company that is owned, operated and supported by good people.

Cons

Sometimes, the schedule is light during the vacation period. Teachers plan their own schedules, so it is possible to plan ahead and have a full work week.
