Pros
Some great people work for Woolies in HR and the work can be really rewarding. There are lots of roles and lots of opportunities to progress.
Cons
They are very behind the 8-ball on things like flexibility and diversity. The leadership from the top all the way down is not good and this is reflected in many aspects of working there.
