We have been very purposeful to create a workplace and culture that is inclusive of all people. The global reach of our business expands our awareness and sensitivity to DEI and the many cultures and cognitive diversity that make us an industry leading firm. Our inclusion and diversity network that extends to employees, clients, and partners has enabled Woolpert to truly grow as a company. We are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and so it remains a key company focus. As far as a “red culture” this is simply inaccurate. As we expand our business and look to those that embrace our industry, we meet with lawmakers and candidates across both party lines to showcase what Woolpert has to offer.
