Pros

PTO, Health Benefits, Finance Team works hard and tries to do right with little support.

Cons

Run by people who been there over 25 years, refuse to acknowledge their time has passed and keep doing things the same way from the early 2000's. No internal business growth only by acquisitions.

Pros

Employees are passionate about their work and their customers. Flexibility is really great, the ability to work remotely when so many other companies are forcing people back to the office is a big plus. People are genuinely nice and want to help each other which is not something you find at every company.

Cons

A lot of change, but that is to be expected with how much the company is growing.

Pros

Flexibility, sense of ownership in your work, some great people

Cons

The bonus was below industry standard and is formulated per how well the entire company does. This isn’t fair that some of the company that doesn’t do well affects everyone else, especially when we can’t hire enough people to do the work.
