Work anywhere but here, WEI will leave you both mentally/physically drained. You will be overworked & underpaid if you work here. Find a different pack to join. 1. This company is a revolving door, as soon as you get to know another employee their out the door. VERY TOXIC work environment + you basically have ZERO BENEFITS 2. No room for growth unless you're one of upper managements favorites or are willing to suck up. If you move up they still treat you like dirt. 3. Pay is TERRIBLE and they expect you to perform multiple roles, but give you 1 title with inadequate compensation. Constantly ask to do things above your pay grade/ not in your job description. Not to mention raises are non-existent 4. Half of the people who work here could care less about the patients. Patients are just a number to this company. The more they can fit in a day the better. A couple of the Dr. can be unprofessional as well, it's sad and if I were a patient I would find somewhere else to go. 5. Constantly short staffed & you can barely use your PTO. Yet even though there is a severe shortage of employees upper management still won't hire people because they see no need 6. Upper management is too business focused and could care less about employees. In their eyes employees are easily replaceable but obviously that's not the case because it's hard for them to keep staff longer than 2wks. It's all about the money for them. Upper management isn't even good at what they do literally lower level employees could run this train wreck of a company better! 7. This company is such a hot mess a lot of that has to do with no one being on the same page about daily operations. When hired you don't get any kind of training you're just kinda thrown to the wolves. Dr.'s are just allowed to do whatever they want as well with makes things run inefficiently. 8. Most of the practice managers are incompetent and lazy!! I'm not sure what they actually get paid to do because I never see them doing anything useful. They give all their task to other employees 9. You get so many petty emails a week
