      Decent pay. Nice projects Poor planning Bad management Leadership or CEO of the company rude and disrespectful.

      You hire personnel to conduct management duties, why would you have them unloading trucks, and doing flooring installation, and doing labor work.

      There are a lot of bonuses and the projects are incredible. Fun travel, events, above average paid holidays, diversity.
