Pros
A good place to work straight out of college. I worked 8 plus years as a direct care worker with children that has severe behavioral issues. We had great staff in our unit when I started. We all pretty much supported each other even if we did not always get along. They were my second family. We even hung out with each other after work. Once I became a nurse the place had already started to change. They would hire people that could hardly read to take care of the kids. There were a few people who really loved the kids, but most of them just wanted their pay check. A lot of drama between staff and management was clueless. I saw some really bad things there. People getting drunk and high on the job. People even having sex at work LOL. I kid you not. Haven't been there for a long time. I have heard the place has REALLY gone down hill.
Cons
I wrote my pro's and con's together :).
