Pros

The work culture was great. The ability to make great money was there provided you put the work in. You can make great money and no degree is necessary. Like most places its based on competency, interpersonal abilities and on the job training. The teach a method and then coach you all along the way. There is a team environment along with activities for getting to know everyone through out the year.

Cons

Busy seasons can be tough. LIke anywhere software and CRIs pose some problems but that can happen anywhere.

*Some nice people *Free lunch once a month

*Leadership have big egos *Forced to go back into working in office when job can be perfectly done working from home as everything is DIGITAL *Low pay *Disorganized, don't know what kind of direction the company is going *Toxic work environment, if you're not part of the "in crowd" then you don't matter
