Decent pay and it depends on your location. If you are LDS and male it's a great company to work for as they favor you.
Cons
The individual who is in charge of lumber sales yells at his employees. This person should not #1 be on the board #2 be in charge of anyone. He in particular, treats his employees horribly. I for one have seen it, and have heard from.many people he is aweful to work for and with. Avoid any position if you have to work with or for JWilford.
