      Pros

      It's an open work place environment where you can go to anyone at any time to ask for help. It's still has a small business feel and everyone there cares about the company doing well.

      Cons

      Sometimes the environment can be distracting as things can get a little loud and wild.

      Pros

      Good benefits, recently became an ESOP, friendly environment with great people. Job isn't very difficult.

      Cons

      Company is in the middle of transitioning from a "flat" structure to a more traditional tiered structure. This means that often it's not clear who has the power to make what decisions, and it causes some friction when it's not clear who should be doing what.
