Autocratic. If it not the owner or senior timber engineer's idea, they do not believe the engineering analysis. The owner pre-engineers the project and when the analysis requires a change to the design, it is not recognized as acceptable. Their drafting is cumbersome and when tasked to correct the method, change is vehemently resisted.
