      Pros

      Pay was decent employee discount was good as well.

      Cons

      Office staff are messy and there is truly no work life balance. Required to wear heels everyday seems a bit extreme for a job that requires a lot of walking Property managers in place that don’t know what they’re doing Not a lot of diversity Not much opportunity for growth Very high school like environment with gossip and drama

      Pros

      Pay is good and you do get a lot of time off, but if you don’t love wearing a *red hat* this is not the place for you.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Upper management is hard-core political in the office with posters everywhere and it can be really offputting since they will silence you. The field guys make the ladies in the back uncomfortable and executive branch does nothing about it. Everyone said it used to be such an amazing company, but in the past two years it’s really gone downhill fast. Zero outlook in their pipeline.
