Pros
Culture of personal respect and courtesy, benefits, decent distribution of age groups across the employee population, smart people. Challenging and interesting work.
Cons
Run like a university, not a business. The "Deans" with long tenure and established relationships have created silos and cliques that will be difficult but necessary to break down to continue growth at the pace we would like to see. Technology treated as a cost center instead of a business necessity; pay below industry averages in the US market. Too much value for form over function.
