      Always hiring, nobody is rejected.

      Cons

      Hot in the summer! Hotter in the factory that it is outside in North Carolina. In winter you have to use gloves to keep your hands warm while working. Always dusty. Revolving door of employees. Nobody lasts, so it is always new people learning on the job. Nobody learns your name since everyone leaves after a few weeks on the job.
