      Pros

      Flexibility, Gig to Long Term to Perm, You work for yourself. Great way to learn new skills, meet new people, build work experience & try various companies/shifts.

      Cons

      Relationship building, mostly low pay & inconsistent offerings in highly competitive market. As an IC/1099 worker for Wonolo, there are usually zero company benefits as you are not an actual employee unless you are hired as a W2 for a position with their Company directly.

      Pros

      Work when you want to, IF they have any assignments.

      Cons

      Job board is filled with jobs that are NOT available, They call them waitlisted. What is the point of posting the job if they don't actually have an opening. Previously a job showed up when they actually had an opening and someone would select it and complete the assignment. Now it says they have 30 jobs available. but they DON'T. I believe they're doing this to make their numbers look good since they lost so many contracts. I heard it was for price gouging. Not surprised.
