      An old school Chinese company with poor leadership and top-down management. Has no strategy and exploits Chinese workers. Everyone’s overworked. Can’t learn anything and no career path.

      Good coworkers Relaxed work environment

      Cons

      Those leading the company do not really know about the USA. They thought people in the USA are the same as those in China. Shrinking market share shows the leadership are unfit to lead. Company office furniture is cheap. Everything, including the decoration, comes from China.
