Good company for work-life balance - Anonymous employee Wondersoft Multimedia Solutions Employee Review

A growing company. Growing stronger and bigger every year. Got to learn a lot of things here. The management is really good, especially the CEO, who is very nice and friendly and open to suggestions. The best part is that the company recognizes people for performing well. Cheers to Wondsrsoft Multimedia Solutions again for running the company so smoothly and without putting any pressure on its employees. Really had a great time working with these guys.

NO pros except the office location (Baner).

Was hired as SEO Analyst but after joining was assigned to work for Absolute Reports..another startup as they failed to meet SEO client requirement under WMS brand. This is done with every newly hired employee, so make sure you get it cleared before joining. These people are good in screwing your career. so think twice before you join. Expect an annual appraisal of Rs. 500 to Rs.800 per month as they have million reasons to point your issues.
