Cons
Unskilled and non-deserving people are hired and raised on higher management level who will never understand the technical difficulties and will keep preaching you with motivational lectures. Criteria for moving up in your career is totally based on favouritism of CTO. And the CTO is completely illogical and non-technical, you need to be always agreeable to him to be his favourite. It never matters whats your skill set, you will get the top position or good appraisal only based on his judgement. If you raise voice against him, you are fired. All the US employees sitting on higher position behave like they own India team. They will talk rude and in unprofessional way. The same behaviour is being adopted by Indian managers. No work-life balance. You cant take leaves easily here. Forget if you need a week off. Everyone from top management (starts from CTO) to HR are only concerned about your arrival time. They do not care when you leave or what work you do during the work hours. Only 1-2 big projects are there and they are in very old tech stack. If you couldn't adjust in your given project, they don't have other project to give you so you will be fired. Technical team is very limited in their domain knowledge.
