Wonderment is a place that values quality of work as well as growth to help improve the quality of work above all else. We are always working on developing processes to do things smarter and better. The leadership team is extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise - working with people who really know what they are doing is a great opportunity to learn from them. The company definitely values it's employees, and does it's best to accommodate and support all individuals. We have a great team and are like a family. There are many interesting projects we get to work on, and there is always something new around the corner. The general atmosphere/attitude within the company is friendly and fun while taking the work seriously.

No place is perfect and there is always room for improvement. A lot of the team is remote which isn't a problem, but it would be nicer to be able to spend more face to face time with colleagues. That said we do have a few offices, it's just harder to get the entire group in one room - but we do try.

When I make suggestions, I feel like they are listened to and implemented in a lot of cases. I especially appreciate how great the management team is in encouraging career growth.
