Pros
It's an overall wonderful experience working at Wonderkind. What I liked the most: people, culture, independence and support. As for people, it was a great pleasure working with some of the most talented people I know, and I think leadership team did a great job in terms of connecting all these great people and supporting their passion. It is clear they care that everyone loves the job they are doing (similar to company product's mission), which is what I liked the most about the culture, not mentioning that it is informal and fun, yet professional and collaborative. I appreciated the fact that I had freedom and independence in what I do and how I approach my job tasks, however any time I needed support at my work or even for personal reasons, I always had it from peers and from management.
Cons
I can't higlight any, I personally had a great experience. If not for a complete transition to another career path, I don't think I would consider leaving Wonderkind.
