Pros

Ability for young professionals to network with top agencies and artists whether qualified to do so or not. Company is very focused on public appearance so you will have the opportunity to attend industry events and meet clients across the country.

Cons

Everything else... Poor benefits, strict work policies. When I worked for the company the CEO sat in the middle of the open office plan like the nucleus of the operation. He micromanaged everyone to an unhealthy degree to the point where everyone felt watched and nervous. It was a tattle-tale environment in which you could never have an off day. If you said something to a client that could've used a 'rephrase' an employee may email the CEO. If you're having a watercooler chat with a colleague even after discussing something work-related, you will get an email from the CEO telling the colleague to get back to their desk. People have been fired for strict email policies. Weekly meetings are pointless and very often the CEO fell asleep. Ideas are rarely taken into consideration. Reviews are constant and pointless. The CEO has only ever worked for himself and therefore has no understanding of what it is like to manage others and to be managed (in order to generate a positive working relationship).

Pros

-You will continually acquire new skills and experience with frequent role changes. -You'll meet and collaborate with people of various creative backgrounds and cultures.

Cons

It can be challenging to transition from one role to the next, especially if you have a preference. However, sometimes you're surprised to find fulfillment in a position you wouldn't have otherwise considered.

Pros

As a newcomer to the industry, it's a great place to get a lot of experience in little time. You will meet great people, as everyone is young and typically shares the same interests. But sadly, you will spend every ounce of free time complaining to one another about how much you hate it there.

Cons

I'll start off by saying I'm not sure how this company is still a company. The staff turnover rate is nearly impossible to keep up with and the structure of how everything is run changes just as frequently due to the CEO's erratic thoughts and ideas. Expect your job title and responsibilities to change without notice and often. No matter what position you're hired for, you can expect to have to do an excessive amount of marketing/cold calls to clients that is pretty much 0% effective. You will be called out every time you do something wrong, as small as forgetting to put a period after a sentence, but will never be recognized (or compensated) for the amount of consulting revenue you're bringing in (if you can manage to get the point where you're allowed to do consulting) or any positive accomplishments. The office space makes all of this less tolerable. Everyone is crammed into a small room where the CEO is the nucleus and can watch over everything. Oh yeah, and you will not be paid fairly. At all.
