Educational for both students and tutor. Manage lessons as well as preparation of students material. Handles sale of goods. Supervisor is friendly and willing to teach. Get to interact with new people.
Cons
Time slots allocated may be of economical value only to the management and not making sense for individual employee. For example, you may only get a two hour working slot when the travelling time already takes up 1 hr of your time.
