Great editors, fun work and environment.

Disconnect between editors/managers and CEOs. Direction seemed to change weekly based on whether it was coming from CEOs or editors, and felt like the company was going in circles.

Sometimes I spent several hours working on a $15 dollar project. When you account for brainstorming, photo-taking, writing the blog, and doing multiple redrafts that is a lot of time for a small amount of money. I was also emotionally fired by the manager who suddenly decided he did not like me. He then told me to trash over 15 blog articles that were done and a work in progress and told me they would not be paying for them.
