The organization is very focused on the mission of ending gender-based violence, as well as working to fight other injustices that impact other marginalized communities. If you care about truly working on behalf of communities this is a great place to work.

The pay doesn't increase as fast as I would like to see. Though I have to be honest and say I've seen multiple raises given over the years. This is a nonprofit issue in general.

- Speaking for staff who are afraid in this climate. Executive management, the one at the top is known as a slithering [animal that rhymes with bake]. Fools the Board and those she needs to kiss up to. To your face shows on thing and then turns around full of criticism and disgust about anyone and will drive a [rhymes with rife] in your back. Uninspiring leader staying on for the power and her increasingly high salary.
