Pros
The employee discount is, admittedly, amazing. That's about it though. If anything, they try to use this perk as a cover-up for low salary.
Cons
Unnecessarily stressful environment, they hire one person to do the job of 2-3, below industry average salaries, touts hybrid/WFH-friendly policies but then is quick to reneg, thinks they are Nike when they are barely Sketchers
