A real authentic company culture. -Work-life balance the company provides -Leadership development opportunities, Harvard Leadership series, certified career coaches. -Numerous wellness programs onsite, massive fitness center that includes full cardio, weight room, exercise studios, 2 basketball courts, pickleball, ping pong, walking track, and more.
Cons
For the last year, I can't think of anything negative besides some of the outside macroeconomics. Leadership has done a good job at moving the company forward while facing these challenges.
