Pros
The office is brand new and beautiful. There is a wonderful cafeteria downstairs and coffee machines. Everyone I asked, even the higher executives, was willing to sit down and talk with me if I had questions.
Cons
The footwear industry is competitive, so it's difficult to get a full time job depending on your specialty. Additionally, the internship program was recently cut.
