No work / life balance. They will work you to death and be glad when you quit so they can hire somebody who will work for less money. Pay was good when times were good but the good times are over. The stock has been down for a long time, no bonuses anymore. Cree Values tell you all you need to know about management's mindset. Fix things that are "stupid." Organization politics will be "crushed" (total lie by the way). Very negative and hateful upper and middle managers.
