Wasn't for me - Process Technician Wolfspeed Employee Review

The shifts were so long in really bright weird lighting environments that were super dry. I would be exhausted and then was expected to switch to the night shift. Everyone there did not enjoy their jobs on the floor and wanted to get out. The company said that they were relocated to upstate New York without telling me. The told me I would be able to move up but found out later that could take 5 years sometimes to get out of night shift.
