      Benefits are decent in this day and age Engineers are usually pretty smart and talented Pay is usually on average or better Possibility for bonuses depending on company performance

      Cons

      usually have to get on night shift to get hired and you will never get off night shift until someone dies or quits.

      Lack of transparency from new executive management with direction of company, lots of uncertainty and instability overall. Constant cost cutting measures.
