It's a pay check. Work here until you can find a better opportunity.
Cons
Great technology. You get exposure to many different things because most people are doing the job of 2 or 3 people. The pay doesn't make up for this. Annual raise will be the same no matter how you perform. Learn what you can and get out of there.
