Incompetent managers continue to get promoted, the good ol boy network is encouraged, true talent is overlooked, minorities and women are way under paid, the entire HR team is corrupt and not trustworthy it’s as though they work for the management and not for the people that are doing all of the work. No work life balance is expected, there is a strong push to manage by fear.
