I love the people, my work, and those of us who move forward every day encouraging each other towards excellence (in the spirit of Ruud) because we believe doing the right thing, with the right motive is the best way to serve both internal and external customers.
Cons
Meeting unreasonable expectations and watching talented people leave because they weren't the "flavor of the day". High turnover, people are pawns. You're only as good as last quarters metrics. For every quarter where goals are not met, I watch another sacrificial lamb, burned as the corporate scapegoat.
