Pros

The only things keeping me there for as long as I stayed were my coworkers and the regulars. The only things I miss about working at Wolfcom are the friends I made and the sense of community that came from struggling and fighting through the mountain of issues together with my coworkers.

Cons

Wolfcom is a terrible place to work. Employees spend upward of eight hours on their feet, and they lament poor pay and inadequate benefits. I wouldn't wish working there on my worst enemy. Wages are unlivable, the work is draining and exhausting, there's zero support from management. Motivation and morale was always extremely low, the only people helping boost it at all were my coworkers.

Pros

I have been working at WOLFCOM for 4 years and it has been an amazing experience. This company provides great opportunities to learn, improve technical skills, and advance your career in IT. You get to work with multi-cultural teams from around the world. WOLFCOM develops advanced technologies for Police and Military which is very exciting and interesting. The office location is great and the workplace is comfy and relaxing. Easy to find free parking. Walking distance from eateries. I highly recommend WOLFCOM to fresh graduates and people who want to get into the tech industry.

Cons

Didn't notice anything particularly bad

Pros

Other workers were alright, mostly diverse.

Cons

I mean truly, where do I start... unprofessional communication with unclear timelines. The pay almost always never comes on time despite working in the finance department, it's embarrassing. All the foot soldiers in the assembly line sometimes even get paid a day earlier than other departments. Imagine the embarrassment and the looks on other coworkers' faces knowing you work in finance and still get paid last. Maybe because it was a contractual position, but still it doesn't make sense in the world of business.
