Pros
My colleagues are a great bunch of Engineers who are, in my eyes, over-qualified for the jobs and pay they receive at Wokelo and the only reason they are still working here is because it's remote.
Cons
There have been no appraisals since I joined and they have told us to not expect any anytime soon. Furthermore, be prepared to work 24 hours a day, 7 days of the week with no leaves or off or compensation at all! It's actually insane, most of my co-workers are considering a switch (including me).
