      Cons

      long working hours , an average 8am-9pm on construction site on daily basis for 6 full days. Overnight casting sometimes, take turn to work on Sunday. (No OT, no timeoff; However, if you work on Sunday/Public Holiday, you do get a off day in-lieu)
