Pros
I have been working for almost 4 years, the quality of the human resources is the best, the projects are challenging and the work environment is just great. Going to the office (even I am not obliged to since we can work 100% remote) is very nice ! You have time to do your work properly, your collegues will help your if you need, you can freely talk with your superiors about anything. Your work is recognized and you can always participate in even other areas, your opinion is valorated.

You get health care at work, but is not the best one around
