Like a lot of young companies, Woden struggled with growing pains and managing these changes weren’t easy for us at first: it led to a lot of turnover, processes and products that left employees unsure and unsupported, and a lot of frustration that boiled over in unproductive ways. I'm sorry for this person’s experience. Over the past year, Woden has invested primarily in one thing: its team and culture. There’s been no turnover on the team since January 2018, and most importantly, that investment has paid off with the focus and results that eluded us for a long time prior.
