      Great engineering team, really smart people tackling challenging problems. The AI & Eng teams have good managers and are full of great working partners.

      Cons

      Leadership priorities shift constantly, seem to be driven by whatever they read most recently in Fortune or what an investor whispered in their ear. Very unfocused roadmap.

      * Great energy: our small team is hungry and shipping fast * Founder is all-in: If you need help with anything the founder is there to support and unblock bottleneck * Competitive pay

      * No work-life balance: the CEO is always on and expects others to be as well * No or limited perks and benefits
