Pros
Hard to pin down any, as you eventually accept the bad as okay and “live” with it.
Cons
Weak direction. Not thinking global. Non inclusive. No transparency. Poor work culture. All work, no staff welfare. So much BS about talent value, talent retention, talent growth, & development. No salary increment, Fixed bonus, not variable to company performance or individual performance, so if contract started Corp Bonus low, that’s what you get YoY.
