-Over 2 years Salary freeze, when the company every quarter beats record number profits -Underpaid positions, compared to the market -Very toxic enviorment due to with layoffs & political views -Work overload, to burnout point ... highly short staffed -Only way to move up, is by who you know. Not what you know -Attended a meeting with the product team (Tel Aviv) where they spent the meeting going over slides with images of a military training a member of the team attended. Meanwhile issues were not discussed as expected causing users frustration and increasing or workload. -Global teams are not looked after and are on their own -Every few months a restructure occurs and everything changes completly. In some cases you will return to a previous restructure which just shows they have no clue what they are doing, causing all staff stress with constant procedure changes back and forth
