Poor work environment - Product Support Specialist Wix Employee Review

- no salary increase with career progression - micromanagement - they force war agenda down people’s throats (they even requested we sell our annual leave to support the Israeli army) - poor communication - a lot of focus on parties and happy hours, but little focus on employees mental health and workload - half the staff left, and wasn’t replaced so the ones that stayed now have the workload of about 5 people the list goes on but I don’t have the energy for them anymore
