      Lovely product Great discount As a manager I was treated with respect whilst working for the company Great bonus structure and amazing support from head office if you show interest in moving into other positions

      Cons

      Disappointing that the area manager refuses to answer my calls to be a reference when I worked so hard for the company and created a fantastic and profitable store. I left the company on great terms.

      Great discounts, cohesive training program, good communication across the stores

      Cons

      Had a lot of different managers, store environment definitely differed depending on them. Not a lot of room for growth.

      -Head office has absolutely no idea what happens in stores outside of Melbourne -Underpaid managers -Sometimes stolen shoe designs
