There are no pros of working at Witt other than learning to work with constant stress and adversity with no resources.

Wittenberg is an abusive place to work. They are so desperate for students that they create pop-up sports teams with the hopes of recruiting a few more students. They are bankrupt but continue to recruit students and faculty. Close to 20% of the tenured faculty body has left BY CHOICE after the Board of Directors fired tenured faculty. The students aren't prepared for college and the university is so desperate to keep them that they expect faculty to accommodate every unreasonable request.
