Pros

- Great products - friendly employees - low stress job

Cons

- no full-time remote opportunities....must work in-person 3 days per week...Withings really tries to force the in-office work lifestyle. No exceptions (besides legit medical exceptions) - pay is extremely below average and the company will not take into account your education or previous work experience. - below average pay increases. This years annual salary increase was only between 2.5%-2.8%. Extremely low pay with low salary increases, even through Withings bought a company and launched a new product. - no internal growth opportunities. If new higher positions are posted, Withings will only want external candidates. - senior management has no strategic vision of the company. The CEO stays in France. senior leaders who are in the US don't bring a clear vision or seem to really want to be involved in the industry...think FitBit, WHOOP, Oura and the industry leaders they have with senior leadership. - old-school mindset with the need to work in-office. This is driving employees to leave the company, which is the reasoning for all the openings you see at Withings. Only a few positions are newly created.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. We do have a hybrid work week, in which team members are asked to come in 3X per week and can WFH 2X per week. We find our team members find the hybrid situation works for them greatly. They feel refreshed getting out of their homes and enjoy still having the flexibility of the two days to WFH. As we grow, we find that connecting our teams in person brings a real energy to the day and allow us to keep our culture intact! We understand that people have personal lives and of course will be flexible for applicable reasons. I know the first transition back to the office after peak COVID may have been hard, we do offer lunch stipends and commuter subsidies to our team members, to help ease this transition for you. As for your points on pay and promotions, it seems you may be describing a personal situation, rather than the norm. We'd be more than happy to review that personal situation with you. Please feel free to reach out to HR-US@withings.com.

Pros

Strong benefits, hybrid work schedule, innovative products, bright enthusiastic and energetic team, great office environment, able to communicate and collaborate with French colleagues in Paris HQ.

Cons

Fast-paced work environment were everyone needs to pull their weight - which might not be for the perfect fit for some.

Pros

The interview process was pretty hands-on. From take-home tasks to chatting through case studies and real scenarios, it was helpful to understand what the role was all about and carefully understand if I was a good fit. Additionally, with the world being so remote these days... this was the only role that had an in-person interview (despite the hybrid work style). This was a great opportunity to meet the hiring manager in-office, wave hello to other employees, and see where I would be working + get to see the products I would get to work with.

Cons

The process took close to 1.5 months and did not always get proactive updates making me feel a bit in the dark. However, when I reached out for an update, the team would respond within a few days. There is not a ton of information about this interview process online so hopefully, more people review it.
